Application Support Analyst – Bristol – to £30k Application Support Analyst required, with experience supporting the client with issues and queries on they have on the set-up and use of the system. The role involves reproducing customer problems, troubleshooting issues in the application and providing workarounds and fixes to keep the customer up and running. Skills should include: • Providing 2nd/3rd level support to large complex • The ability to understand the operations and requirements of customers • Working from problem reporting, through to resolution • MS SQL Server/Oracle script writing • Excellent communication skills • High level of customer focus • Working within an ITIL environment preferred, although not essential.
