- Writing in house systems and/ or applications, or customising off-the-shelf products.
- Contributing to part or all of the project lifecycle.
- Implementation.

- Bug Fixing.
Experienced Developer/ Team Leader - £28k + (probably to circa £40k)
Responsibilities will probably include:
- Working on or the full project lifecycle including:
- Requirements analysis/ gathering.
- Implementation.
- Customisation.
- Testing.
- Writing technical documentation.
- Training.
- Adding increased functionality.
- Bug Fixing.
- Leadership skills.
- Technical Lead, workload allocation etc.
- People Management, training, professional development etc.
- Based on Technical.
